Booking Terms and Conditions for Coast Nest Holidays
Effective Date: 20 June 2025

Welcome to Coast Nest Holidays. By making a booking through our website or via direct communication, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email has been issued.

  • You must be over 18 years of age to make a booking.

2. Payments

  • A deposit or full payment (depending on the offer) must be made at the time of booking.

  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe / PayPal through our website.

  • No booking is final until payment is received.

3. Security Deposit

  • A refundable damage deposit may be required depending on the property and will be detailed during the booking process.

  • Deposits will be refunded within 7 days of departure, provided no damage or excessive cleaning is required.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • 14 days or more before arrival: Full refund minus a small processing fee (if applicable).

  • Less than 14 days before arrival: 50% refund.

  • Less than 48 hours: No refund unless due to exceptional circumstances.

  • Ferry discount vouchers, once issued, are non-refundable.

5. Ferry Discount Eligibility

  • Guests who book directly through CoastNest.co.uk are eligible for exclusive Wightlink ferry discounts.

  • Discounts are available only after the booking is confirmed and must be requested in advance of travel.

  • Coast Nest Holidays is not responsible for ferry availability or pricing changes from Wightlink.

6. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM onwards on the day of arrival

  • Check-out: 10:00 AM on the day of departure

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and subject to approval.

7. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect.

  • Any breakages, damages, or issues must be reported immediately.

  • The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded as per the listing details.

8. No Smoking & Pet Policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the caravan.

  • Pets are allowed only if the listing explicitly states so and must be agreed in advance.

9. Right to Terminate

  • Coast Nest Holidays reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking at its discretion if the guest is found to be in breach of these terms or acts inappropriately.

10. Liability Disclaimer

  • Coast Nest Holidays is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses during your stay.

  • Guests are responsible for securing their own travel and holiday insurance.

11. Privacy & Data Use

  • We only collect personal data necessary to process your booking and communicate with you. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
